Matapiojo Lodge is located in beautiful, unspoiled Patagonia. We built the lodge at the base of a sheer rock face along the Futaleufu River, a place where condors fly by day and pumas cry by night. Strategically located for easy access to a wide diversity of Chile’s best lake and river fishing, the lodge embraces the concept of “glamping,” in wall tents, merging hotel quality accommodations while offering outstanding value and enhancing your contact with nature.

Just steps from our wall tents is a common area with a living room, kitchen, bathrooms and simple, elegant amenities to make your stay in Patagonia comfortable. The lodge is made with original materials, including native hardwoods sustainably harvested from local forests, all designed in harmony with the environment.
